FAQ's About Town Park Village No.1

  • A copy of your signed occupancy agreement (proprietary lease agreement) - If you are in compliance, and have signed a current Occupancy Agreement and would like a copy, please email [email protected] to receive your personal copy.

  • The current value of your stock certificate - Your stock certificate and equity is based on the amount you have invested in the corporation when you purchased the stock and the performance of the product you invested in. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase of stock. Whether you or a family purchased and/or transferred the stock per the Co-op By-Laws to calculate your equity.
     
  •  A copy of the Association's financial statements and monthly expenditures can be found on the Resident's Portal at - www.TownParkVillage1.Org.
     
  • A copy of all meeting notifications, minutes, and Zoom recordings - can be found on the Resident's Portal at - www.TownParkVillage1.Org . If they are not on the resident's portal, they have not been recorded by the Board.
     
  • Explanation of how the Property Manager and Board of Directors determined the maintenance fee increase for each unit - can be found on the Resident's Portal at - www.TownParkVillage1.Org or by the CRA/Affordable Housing Covenants (https://www2.miamidadeclerk.gov/ocs/). 
     
The amount for the 2023-24 fiscal year is based on each resident's income documentation and previous HUD affiliation/verification. Effective January 1st, 2025, current shareholders and tenants will have an increase based on Miami-Dade County Fair Market Rates and income verification - which shareholders rates are significantly lower than fair market rates -https://www.miamidade.gov/global/housing/fair-market-rents.page.
